Grilled Chili Lime Shrimp, FANTASTIC!

OMG, you must try my latest grilled shrimp recipe!  The marinade is super quick and cooking shrimp takes only a few minutes.  Delish!

I've included the brown rice salad recipe with the shrimp.  It's an excellent combination of flavors and textures.

Another Fantastic Salad!

Check out my latest fav!  Try my version of tabbouleh salad.  The ingredient list couldn't be more simple.  Bulgur, fresh tomatoes, cucumber, lots of Italian parsley, and garlic. Love anything with olive oil and lemon juice.  So simple, but so good!

You have to have many "to to" easy recipes for summer.  No one wants to spend hours in the kitchen when we'd rather be outside!

A New Twist on an Old Classic.....

Have you seen barbecued meatloaf on dinner menus lately?  I remember the first time I saw it I was at a Weber Grill Restaurant a couple of years ago.  I thought it sounded interesting, but was not going to order meatloaf in a restaurant where I could get a killer steak!  I'd like to have seen how they served it.  Did they make a loaf and grill a slice???  I thought it might be easy to prepare and serve if they were individual meatloaves.

Try my twist on an old classic.  Barbecue Meatloaf Over Grilled Texas Toast.  My kids LOVED it!

My Latest Salads...YUMMY!

This is a must try salad! Orzo Pasta Salad with Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette.  The key ingredient here is roasted garlic, you will not believe the flavor!

Try my Artichoke and Fresh Mozzarella Salad.  This goes together in minutes, a real winner to serve at any party or barbecue.

Asian Slaw.....

If you like anything Asian, you must try my latest recipe for Asian Slaw.  It is absolutely delicious!  A sweet and spicy dressing with cool fresh vegetables, topped with salty peanuts...now that's what I'm talkin' about!

Kalamata Olive Vinaigrette.....

Whenever spring rolls around I immediately start thinking salad.  Soon many, many delicious vegetables will be in season, not to mention bikini season....OH PLEASE!

Anyway, try this delicious Kalamata Olive Vinaigrette.  I love how the minced olives gently flavor the entire salad..so good!
